The Church Must Gather Easter 2021 - List of Churches OPEN

Dear Pastors, Church Leaders, and Fellow Canadians,

In follow up to A4C’s March 30th Call to Action to Open the Churches this Easter Weekend please visit LibertyCoalitionCanada’s webpage for a list of churches who have committed to be open Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday.

A big shout out of thanks to Police on Guard For Thee who have offered to attend services to assist, should there be any interference from by-laws or law enforcement.

Action4Canada has created the following resources designed to equip pastors in also dealing with law enforcement, tickets, etc. Please share this information.

It is an indictable criminal offence to interfere with clergy according to 176 (1-3) of the criminal code. If a police, or by-laws, officer is going to follow through with writing a ticket against the church, or its congregants, it is important to inform the officer that all parties affected will, in turn, file criminal charges against the officer. It is vital that these actions be taken to ensure the rule of law is upheld and respected.

It is important to note that no tickets have been processed by the courts because they are in violation of the constitution. It is reported that the tickets are merely a scare tactic to force people to comply.

A No Trespass Notice is also available to print off and display at the entrance of your parking lot as well as on the door of your building.

Please commit to attending a church in your area who have committed to opening this Easter weekend.

Wishing you a blessed Easter.
