File a Complaint Against Law Enforcement
If Law Enforcement are surveillance, harassing, interfering with, or violating the individual civil rights of citizens, which are guaranteed under the Constitution, Charter of Rights, Bill of Rights, etc. …. Then you have a duty and a responsibility to file a complaint.
Unfortunately, there are many RCMP and Municipal Police who are following orders without an understanding of the law, the Orders, or individual rights and freedoms. Therefore, it is up to the citizens of this nation to take action to ensure our Constitutional Rights and Freedoms and the Rule of Law are upheld and protected.
If you have received a ticket for exercising your constitutional right to assemble and the freedom of speech…then do not panic. Instead exercise your right to contest the ticket. It is very likely the ticket will be dismissed as they are inconsistent, discriminatory, and in violation of your “guaranteed” rights under the Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. You may also wish to contact Rebel News and apply for assistance to help “Fight the Fines.”
