URGENT Call to Action: Repeal UNDRIP, Ban Sugarcane and Commence an Investigation!
Canada is facing a coordinated and multifaceted assault that demands immediate action. A calculated campaign, initiated by the United Nations (UN) and certain native activist groups, is being actively facilitated by a government that has abandoned its duty to protect Canadian citizens. This treacherous agenda is defrauding taxpayers of hundreds of billions of dollars, violating the Canadian Constitution, and trampling on the God-given inalienable rights of Canadians. The resulting transfer of wealth and land represents one of the most significant betrayals in Canadian history—rivalled only by the events surrounding COVID-19. Learn more HERE.
Action Must Begin Now!
The first and most urgent step is to repeal Canada’s adoption of the United Nations’ Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP). This Declaration undermines our Constitution, threatens our democracy, and provides the foundation for this ongoing attack against Canada. Additionally, further measures must include the immediate banning of the documentary Sugarcane, and a full investigation be commenced into Kimberly Murray, the Special Interlocutor. Canadians must demand accountability and transparency to halt this assault on our sovereignty and democratic values. For additional context read the letter below.

RE: Repeal UNDRIP, Ban Sugarcane and Commence an Investigation
The Federal Government is utilizing UNDRIP to facilitate a multifaceted extortion campaign to defraud Canadians of hundreds of billions of hard-earned tax dollars while egregiously violating the Constitution and infringing upon citizens’ God-given, inalienable rights.
The foundation and architecture of the United Nations’ Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP) was initiated by an UNELECTED ‘foreign’ body, the United Nations (UN) in collaboration with native activists, with the ultimate goal of undermining Canada’s sovereignty and democracy, in an attempt to form a ‘global government’. This constitutes an act of treason under Section 46 (1)(b)(c), (2)(a)-(e), (3)(a)(b), (4) of the Criminal Code of Canada: “Every one who levies war against Canada or does any act preparatory thereto…”, or “…conspires or assists any person, is committing high treason…”. “Every one who commits treason is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to be sentenced to imprisonment for life”.
Prior to the claim of ‘mass graves’ by the Kamloops native group, six provinces and several native groups opposed UNDRIP. This ‘claim’ instigated the immediate end to all challenges to the bill, and UNDRIP received Royal Assent less than a month later. A day after that, at the UN, China and several despot nations accused Canada of genocide, citing the Kamloops native group’s false ‘mass grave’ claim.
Native activists and Pretendians (people who falsely claim Indigenous heritage eg Randy Boisenault), who are either seeking financial gain or preferential treatment, are working to systematically destroy Canadian sovereignty by strategically spreading false claims and misinformation to demonize Canada and corroborate the genocidal nation narrative, both domestically and internationally. These actions incite hatred, endanger the lives of many Canadians and aid and abet the UNs’ efforts to seize control of our land and resources.
One such activist is Kimberly Murray, a possible Pretendian, appointed by Arif Virani, the Minister of Justice, as the “Independent” Special Interlocutor for the report on “Indigenous-led Reparations Framework for Missing and Disappeared Children and Unmarked Burials“. The 1300-page final report, that cost Canadians $10.4 million dollars, was released on October 29, 2024 and developed a new allegation of ‘continuing genocide’ and ‘enforced disappearance’ but did not provide a list of ‘missing’ or ‘disappeared’ children, or any outstanding, unresolved missing persons reports over the 113 years of Indian residential schools. Despite these facts, Murray has not abandoned her mission to undermine Canada, as she called for Indigenous law to be applied, and submitted the unvetted report to the International Criminal Court, seeking prosecution of the Federal Government and Catholic Church officials for crimes against humanity.
The Federal Government has allowed Murray, a civil servant, to act as an arm of the United Nations, to incrementally erode Canada’s sovereignty and breach due process by distributing this report internationally before it has been reviewed by Canadians. This has created a significant geopolitical challenge for Canada. Her betrayal raises a red flag and serious concerns about foreign interference and the Federal Government’s complicity in undermining Canadian interests.
In addition, Gary Anandasangaree, Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, apologized for a manufactured ‘longstanding injustice’ that began in 1862. This apology instigates further reparations, treaties and agreements and re-writes history. The Facts: The Sioux who escaped to Canada from the USA, were refugees and at the time agreed that they had no territorial rights in Canada. They were grateful for the kind reception and granting of asylum. Contrary to the Minister’s apology the incoming American Indians were not betrayed. They were given refuge, and clearly Canada had a rule of law that would never have honored or recognized as ‘citizens’ incoming refugees who had brutally violated and murdered women and children, no matter what provoked those attacks. The apology must be revoked and the political pandering needs to stop.
Another matter that must be addressed is the documentary Sugarcane, released earlier in 2024 to select audiences, including film critics, in Canada and around the world. The filmmakers, Julian Brave Noisecat and Emily Kassie, purport to expose systemic abuse at residential schools. However, the film omits key facts and makes unfounded accusations, rewriting Canadian history and framing Canada as a genocidal nation. The film has received many awards and critical acclaim. However, the film has not yet been viewed or rated by Canadians, since the majority of citizens are unaware of it or its harmful impact. Sugarcane will be distributed by National Geographic, Disney+ and Hulu starting December 9, 2024.
The proximate cause of Kimberly Murray’s, Gary Anandasangaree’s, Julian Brave Noisecat’s and Emily Kassie’s baseless claims will foreseeably stoke the flames of hate in Canada causing greater division and endangering the lives of Christians. There is also the imminent threat of even more churches being vandalized, burned down or desecrated. There have already been 112 to date since the May 27, 2021 false claim of ‘mass graves’ and ‘human remains’ by the Kamloops native group. However, since 2010 and the beginning of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, of which Kimberly Murray was Executive Director, Blacklocks reports that more than 400 churches have been vandalized or burned down.
Therefore, I demand that UNDRIP be repealed and the Federal Government stop all reparations, including land claims, financial payouts, and resource expropriation. In addition, Sugarcane must be banned and its producers investigated for inciting hatred and spreading misinformation. Kimberly Murray also needs to be investigated for spreading misinformation, inciting hatred, overstepping her mandate, breaching due process, and aiding foreign actors.
It is time to move beyond divisive falsehoods and unify all Canadians by equally applying the law, in accordance with the Constitution and our Judeo-Christian heritage.
I respectfully request your immediate attention to these matters.
Sincerely,
