Once again, we welcome Dallas Brodie, MLA and leader of OneBC, to join Tanya Gaw on the Empower Hour to continue the conversation about the Indian Reconciliation Industry that is robbing Canadians of their hard-earned tax dollars, land and resources. You may live in another province and think that this matter doesn’t concern you but know that BC is being used as a testing ground for the rest of Canada.
Dallas will expose what she describes as significant decisions being made behind closed doors involving control over BC’s water, natural resources, forestry, parks, and public lands. As one example among many, Dallas points to treaty agreements signed by the BC government with the Kitsumkalum band (Pop. 884). These illegal agreements involve substantial transfers of taxpayer funds, land, and governance authority while not requiring a full and final surrender of broader Aboriginal title claims. According to Dallas, such arrangements are reshaping control over private and provincial assets while leaving British Columbians on the hook for never-ending financial and legal exposure (see next section for more details).
Solution: Canadians must fully engage in the electoral process by supporting and electing candidates who clearly understand these critical issues and are committed to reversing them. The populist movement is gaining undeniable momentum, and therefore, standing with courageous leaders like Dallas Brodie is essential to defending our freedoms and protecting our democracy.
Action4Canada has created one of the most extensive and comprehensive investigative reports, The Canadian Systemic Racism Ruse: Truth and Revelation, documenting the fraud behind: the Truth and Reconciliation Industry; the missing and murdered women and girls; and accusations of the “mass graves and genocide of Indigenous people”. It also exposes a wealth transfer totaling hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars that the government is giving to Chiefs and their bands at the expense of taxpayers.
The Kitsumkalum agreement (as mentioned above) is a case in point which includes:
- $158 million in funding;
- 46,050 hectares (113,792 acres) of Crown and privately owned land (that’s 4 times the size of the City of Vancouver);
- management control over public park areas;
- significant annual water allocation rights (50,000 million cubic meters per year);
- governance authority over transferred lands (zoning, development, environmental management) and associated subsurface resources (minerals, oil, gas, etc.);
- expanded self-governance authority over land and resource management with no obligation to treat non-Indian people fairly;
- and much more.
Dallas Brodie contends that these agreements raise serious questions about transparency, accountability, and long-term provincial sovereignty.
OneBC’s Stated Position to address this matter is to:
- Immediately suspend all talks with Indian tribes about transfers of money, land, and power.
- Repeal DRIPA (the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act) and end the implementation of UNDRIP in BC law to restore provincial sovereignty over land and resources.
- Ultimately demand an amendment removing aboriginal title from the Constitution, so that property rights of all Canadians stand on a firm and equal footing.
Dallas maintains that reconciliation policies must end, and that the Constitution should apply uniformly to every Canadian citizen.

The CPC Convention Fuels the Populist Vote
This Empower Hour episode featuring Maxime Bernier, leader of the People’s Party of Canada (PPC), delivered a timely and hard-hitting discussion on the critical decisions made at the recent Conservative Party convention. Policy directives passed on the convention floor made it unmistakably clear that the CPC has abandoned traditional Conservative values, leaving grassroots Conservatives with little reason to remain and prompting many to reconsider their support.
Tanya Gaw presented undeniable evidence of the Conservative party’s ideological shift over the past decade, and Maxime reaffirmed his longstanding commitment to his Party’s unwavering platform, which is aligned with core conservative values and priorities for the country’s future. In response long-standing Conservative Party members instantly began withdrawing their memberships, choosing instead to support a party that reflects their convictions and long-term vision for Canada.
Around the world, populist movements are gaining momentum as nations rediscover that real renewal stems from faith, courageous leadership, and the active civic participation of citizens. In Canada, the PPC is increasingly seen as the party true conservatives are turning to.
Action4Canada is having a significant impact in overturning radical ideologies and defending faith, family, and freedom. Your support is vital to this mission.
