Business Resource - Defy Unconstitutional Orders

Save Your Business.

Is it Time to Defy the Unlawful Orders?

April 1, 2021

Dear Business Owners,

The Canadian government is grappling to maintain control by pretending that their unlawful Orders have the power to dictate authority over Canadians. But the fact is…they don’t.

Therefore, it is time for Canadian business owners to take a stand.  Action4Canada has created the following PDF resource providing you instruction on what to say when confronted by the multiple government agencies being mobilized to enforce the draconian measures.

If the health dept., Inspectors, WorkSafe, or any other government official attempts to interfere with your ability do business then we encourage you to advise them that their unlawful actions will be met with a human rights complaint and/or potential criminal charges against them. Further advise them that you will personally hold them accountable and responsible for the cease and loss of income and the abilities to provide food and shelter for your family. Then demand they leave your place of business and not to return.

You are 100% “guaranteed” the right to life, liberty, and security of the person, including the right to work and provide food and shelter for your family. The government’s unlawful actions are in direct violation of the Canadian Constitution, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Bill of Rights, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. There are no provisions in any orders of any health minister, doctor, or provincial legislation, that can, nor pretend that any measures can, override Charter or other pre-Charter constitutional rights.

The government will not stop until every business is either indebted to and controlled by them, or permanently closed.

We need to unite and defy these tyrannical measures.

Thank you and God bless you,

The team@

PS…nearly 2o States have lifted the lockdowns and Belgium courts have ruled against the lockdowns stating the legal basis is insufficient.
