Lest We Forget
On this Remembrance Day,
it is essential that we stop and remember
those who fought courageously
and gave their lives
for our freedom.

We must honour our fallen
heroes for their service, their commitment,
their courage, and the extraordinary
sacrifices they made.
They fought tyranny and oppression, stopped
dictators and despots, eased suffering, and despair
and left us a cherished gift:
FREEDOM
But as we have experienced in the last three years
freedom is fragile and it cannot be taken for granted.
