Justin Trudeau has threatened to reimpose COVID mandates if Canadians do not get the COVID boosters. It is possible that, if left unchallenged, the government will reinstate the oppressive measures previously endured in order to force compliance.

At the onset of the so-called Covid pandemic, the majority of churches nationwide capitulated and closed their doors. The consequences of this decision were devastating. It allowed the government to divide God’s people, it was in violation of God’s directive to assemble (Hebrews 10:25), and it facilitated the government’s agenda to suppress Christianity in order to replace it with an oppressive regime.

Tyranny cannot exist when the church stands strong, thus the government’s targeted assault against church leaders/congregants and their right to assemble during the lockdowns.

Freedom of Conscience and Religion and the Right to Peaceful Assembly are fundamental, guaranteed rights. In addition, according to the Criminal Code s.176. (1), it is an indictable offense to obstruct, assault, threaten violence against, or arrest officiating clergy.

Therefore, we are calling on church leaders, congregants, and other concerned citizens to sign this Notice of Liability and serve it to the Prime Minister of Canada, their Provincial/Territorial Premier and any other official who is interfering with their guaranteed rights.

Christians are expected to obey the laws of the land and thereby honor God. However, when the laws of the land contradict the laws of God, Christians are instructed to obey God’s law.  Jesus was our greatest example of how we must not bow to any authority that violates God’s perfect law. Daniel, Moses, Peter, Paul, and Silas are further examples.
