Part Two: How to Hold People Liable When Your Rights are Being Violated

David Lindsay joins Action4Canada’s founder, Tanya Gaw, to continue the conversation on how to successfully assert your rights with your employer and protect your job. Tanya will also provide encouraging stories of success from Canadians who have educated themselves by reviewing the A4C resources, served the Notices of Liability and confidently asserted their rights.
Many employees are being threatened with losing their jobs if they do not comply and take the experimental injection. It is imperative to serve the NOL and strongly convey the message of personal liability and potential civil and criminal action. Employers are quickly changing their tune as the reality of the situation sets in. For those employers or managers who choose not to respect your rights it is critical you advise them of the following:
“Extortion, committing tort, privacy violations and willful misconduct are against the law. Interfering with my right to gainful employment is a violation of the Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I further advise you that if you persist in hindering my ability to earn a living that I will hold you personally liable for any loss of income I suffer due to your unlawful actions against me. You are personally not protected under any Act or Statute that is in violation of the Canadian Rule of Law, Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms and are further opening yourself up to civil and/or criminal litigation. You have been duly warned.”
