David Lindsay will once again join Tanya Gaw on the Empower Hour to discuss the process of laying a private information (criminal charge) against employers, union reps and anyone else who is in violation of citizen’s guaranteed and protected rights in Canada. Laying a private information is accomplished by filing directly with the Court rather than the police. David and Tanya will provide a refresher on how to collect your evidence and present your case to the Crown.

All societies must have some form of Supreme Law – either made by man or by God. Canada’s is, fortunately, created by God.

Knowledge is power and when you have it, be active in using it. The Constitution is the Supreme Law of Canada and when individuals, or even the courts, choose to set it aside you have a duty and a responsibility to assert your God-given rights and demand the “rules of procedural fairness” are followed and the rule of law is upheld. There comes a time when peaceful civil disobedience against statutes that are illegal, unlawful or unconstitutional is necessary. And now is that time!

Remember: Freedom of speech, thought, belief and the right to life, liberty and security of the person are guaranteed. We do not need to beg, barter or ask for them…they are ours for the taking.
