Join us this week with our special guest David Lindsay to discuss the source of our freedoms. David has been involved in freedom issues for the past 30 years. David is a co-founder of CLEAR, the Common Law Education And Rights initiative, which focuses on a correct understanding and application of common law, which, surprising to many people, originated in the Bible.
David has a keen knowledge of the law, the Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. He has written books and created a dvd series, exploring the law in relation to the hierarchy of law in Canada and what the powers and duties are of all officials involved, including the Monarch.
David also teaches about the Coronation Oath, which is a long forgotten agreement and buried treasure that is key to restoring our rights and freedoms by undoing any legislation that is in violation of the Oath.
In 1953, the Queen swore the Coronation Oath to govern Canada by maintaining the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel (the bible). The majority of Canadians are unfamiliar with this vital part of our history because the government does not want Canadians to know that any legislation that was passed and is contrary to it, has no power. The Coronation Oath enshrines the supremacy of God in our Constitution to which all laws and statutes must comply. No Royal Assent can be given for any Legislation that is contrary to the Coronation Oath.
Action4Canada has always maintained a strong position in proclaiming and upholding Canada’s foundation as a Judeo-Christian nation. Due to decades of the government undermining the importance of our core values, it became unpopular to oppose the mainstream narrative that we are a multi-cultural or secular society and now, according to Trudeau, “we are a post-national state with no core identity.”
However, there has been a remarkable shift as Canadians have begun to realize what is at stake by giving into this narrative and many are now aware of the globalists plan to hijack our sovereignty and replace it with communism and a One World government.
Western nations, whose foundations are built on biblical principles, have provided their citizens with freedoms and democracy unlike anywhere else in the world. Giving people the option to believe, or not to believe, without fear of being oppressed or persecuted.
In fact, Canada was once a beacon of hope, a place of refuge, for those who were fleeing from extremism, communism and totalitarianism. But that is no longer the case and if we do not begin to emphatically embrace what our founding fathers gifted us with, and commit to fighting to preserve it, then we will have no one else to blame when we lose it.
Freedom of speech, thought, belief and the right to life, liberty and security of the person are guaranteed. We do not need to beg, barter or ask for them…they are ours for the taking.
