Action4Canada Empower Hour Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Zoom doors open at 4:25pm PST/7:25pm EST. Empower Hour guest segment 4:30pm PST/7:30pm EST. Be sure to Register in advance and invite others.

On the next Empower Hour David Lindsay, co-founder of Common Law Education and Rights (CLEAR), returns to provide another powerful presentation on the rights of Canadians regarding land and property. David is a regular guest on our program and has consistently equipped viewers with knowledge of the Coronation Oath, the Constitution, and other founding documents that uphold our Christian heritage and democratic freedoms.

He will connect the dots between historical guarantees of freedom and the alarming reality we face today, where corrupt political leaders, judges, and chiefs alike are attempting to dismantle centuries of legal protections. David’s teaching will provide the historical foundation and constitutional proof that these illegitimate claims and unlawful schemes cannot stand. Canadians need to know that our rights are not granted by the government—they are secured in law, inherited through tradition, and protected as our God-given, inalienable rights.

Knowledge is Power. Be sure to join us on the upcoming Empower Hour to ensure you are equipped to confront and oppose these egregious legal and constitutional violations.

The Canadian Systemic Racism Ruse: Truth and Revelation

In 2019, the BC government passed the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (DRIPA), claiming it was necessary to align provincial laws with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP). But provinces have no authority to override Canada’s Constitution or our founding documents. By passing DRIPA, BC acted outside its lawful jurisdiction. Even more troubling, BC is being used as the template for other provinces, and courts are now referencing DRIPA/UNDRIP in ways that threaten long-established property rights. Behind closed doors, secret meetings are taking place with Indian chiefs, and Crown land—as well as land legally owned by citizens—is being negotiated away under this illegitimate framework.

This is why it is absolutely critical for Canadians to read and share the Action4Canada report: The Canadian Systemic Racism Ruse: Truth and Revelation.

What the report reveals:

  • Hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars have been paid out in settlements and funding for alleged crimes Canadians never committed—payments that continue to escalate with no accountability.
  • The narrative of Missing and Murdered Indian Women and Girls is distorted. Government data shows that 86% of the persons accused of the homicides were also Indian—yet Canadians are collectively blamed and shamed.
  • Claims of “mass graves” at residential schools are unfounded. Children did die, as they did in all communities at the time due to illness and disease, but investigations have produced no evidence of mass murders or hidden burials.

UNDRIP is being used as a political weapon to steal Canada’s land and rich natural resources, while justifying reparations and land grabs that directly violate Canadian law, the Indian Act, and our Constitution. But the foundations of this fraud are crumbling, and the latest RCMP findings reveal the truth that can no longer be ignored. Read on…

Breaking News!

More and more evidence is exposing the false narrative that has been used to vilify Canadians and divide our nation. A recent eight-year RCMP investigation has confirmed that there were no murders or clandestine burials at the residential schools, directly refuting the allegations of “mass graves” and “genocide” that have been weaponized against us. Read the full RCMP report summary here.

For years, politicians, lawyers, and ‘all’ major political parties have promoted this fabricated injustice—for votes, for power, and for wealth. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) published its report without proof or debate, relying on inflated and unverified claims that are now collapsing under scrutiny. The RCMP confirmation aligns with what the TRC’s own 3,500 pages could not prove: there is no credible evidence of murdered residential school children. Yet Canadians continue to be branded as genocidal “colonizers,” while statues are torn down, churches burnt, and our history rewritten.

It is time to end this witch hunt built on a massive fraud. The federal UNDRIP legislation and BC’s illegal DRIPA must be rescinded. These frameworks are in direct violation of our Constitution and the rule of law and are being used to justify baseless reparations, unlawful land grabs, and payouts that enrich corrupt chiefs while ordinary Indians see little benefit.

Canadians never stole this land. Our forefathers were under no obligation to sign treaties—they could have come in and conquered, as so many others in history have done—but instead they signed agreements and introduced education, medical care, infrastructure, and amazing opportunities that benefited everyone. Instead of gratitude, Canadians have been maligned, robbed, and unjustly burdened. These treaties have failed both Indians and Canadians alike, and they must be brought to an end so that equality can finally be achieved.

It is time that our rich heritage—and the work of our Fathers of Confederation, who blessed us all abundantly—be respected.
