On this week’s Empower Hour, Alex Newman, founder of Liberty Sentinel, reveals the evil agenda that is embedded in our public education system that has evolved into a global movement to destroy our Judeo-Christian foundation by using our children as “Agents of Change“. His information is truly shocking.
The UN is hyper-focused on children to “accelerate fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals and help build back better.” This multi-layered campaign against our children is crushing them. We see evidence of this when they question their God-given biological identity as either male or female. The devil hates creation, and mutilating children is driving them into despair. Children in Western nations are not only being taught to loathe themselves and their country’s history, but to also hate those with so-called ‘white privilege’. Add to all of this the Climate Change propaganda that is stoking their fears, along with many other Marxist and woke ideologies and our children are becoming the most depressed and confused generation in the history of this country. They are not excelling academically and have a bleak future. This is Justin Trudeau’s New Normal in Canada.
Education in its pure form is a mandate from God, “train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6). We are called as parents to train our children, to educate them in the fear of the Lord (Deuteronomy 31:12,13), to know and understand God and His creation more fully, to the praise of God’s glory. But the devil, the deceiver, has taken this directive and twisted it in a downward spiral, as a weapon of warfare to destroy the fabric of our society.
But take heart because there is hope!
Alex Newman is also the Executive Director of Public School Exit which is a successful campaign in the USA, launched in 2019, that encourages and facilitates parents in pulling their kids out of public education. Hester VanBraeden, owner of Classical Education Books, joined Doris, A4C‘s Homeschool Parent Support Lead, to share her experience, knowledge and creativity and offer inspiration and ideas to keep kids thriving and parents feeling at ease.
Hester VanBraeden is a second generation homeschooling parent. While pursuing ideas for her own children’s education she began to learn more about Classical Education. Her passion for pursuing what she found spilled out of her home. She has started homeschooling co-ops and reading groups, is a guest speaker on various podcasts, and presents monthly support talks at meetings hosted at her bookstore. Over the years the bookstore has expanded to include working with brick and mortar schools, and parents who send their kids to school but need to find good literature for them. Be sure to watch this interview to be encouraged and learn more.
