Action4Canada Empower Hour Wednesday October 21, 2026. Zoom doors open at 4:25pm PST/7:25pm EST. Empower Hour guest segment 4:30pm PST/7:30pm EST. Be sure to Register in advance and invite others.
On the next Empower Hour, Tanya Gaw, founder and director of Action4Canada, provides a candid update on the challenges, significant victories and ongoing work that have shaped 2026 so far—and what lies ahead in defending Faith, Family and Freedom.
It has been a super busy and productive year. Action4Canada’s teams are working hard on behalf of Canadians by lobbying government, educating the public, pursuing legal actions and undertaking effective campaigns nationwide.
From getting SOGI removed from Alberta schools to challenging the Governor General on Bill C-9, Tanya will highlight Action4Canada’s work so far and the resolve required to keep moving forward. She will also address some personal battles that have national implications: the police visit over a hate speech complaint; the CIRO data breach and risks of digital banking; TD Bank freezing her and her mother’s accounts; and Action4Canada’s court cases and appeals in defence of fundamental rights and freedoms.
Tanya believes that every challenge is an opportunity to stand firm, take action and overcome. Drawing on years of frontline experience, she will share practical strategies to help Canadians confidently defend their rights and navigate adversity. With faith, courage, perseverance and determination, Tanya will show you how to turn obstacles into opportunities for victory.
The interviews and legal updates below provide a closer look at these battles—and why your financial support for Action4Canada and your resolve to stand firm matter.
Action4Canada is fighting on two legal fronts—and we need your help to raise $100,000.
We are pursuing an appeal after Justice Weatherill struck our COVID constitutional challenge, a decision we believe represents a miscarriage of justice. His conduct and remarks about “Christian nationalism” also prompted our complaint to the Canadian Judicial Council. We have also filed an appeal in the Tyson Cook (drag queen Freida Whales) defamation case after our application to dismiss his lawsuit was rejected. We firmly reject his allegations and remain committed to pursuing justice.
Both cases are critical to defending our God-given, inalienable rights, children’s innocence and women’s identity. Pursuing them comes at a substantial cost—a burden we cannot carry alone.
Please partner with us today and give generously to our $100,000 legal fundraiser. Learn more about the cases and fundraiser HERE.
RCMP’s New Motto: To Serve and Intimidate?
In the Rebel News interview above, Tanya recounts how RCMP officers showed up at her door on June 7, 2026, advising her that she was under investigation following a complaint about alleged online hate concerning Islam in Canada. They cited section 319(2) of the Criminal Code, Wilful Promotion of Hatred, but provided no specifics when asked. Instead, they invited Tanya to meet with investigators to discuss the matter further. She told them to put the complaint in writing and send it to her. Three months later, she was still waiting. Believing the encounter was a matter of public interest, she released the video. Watch the full recording HERE.
It went viral, receiving over 1.6 million views on Tanya’s X account and reaching millions more worldwide. Tanya participated in interviews with Nico Lagan, Viva Frei, Shadoe Davis, Talk Truth, Rebel News and others—turning a police visit into a powerful public example of how knowing your rights can help protect free expression and expose the weaponization of baseless hate speech complaints.
Tanya’s recommendation is to avoid answering the door or engaging in a conversation with police. However, she had her reasons for doing so, which she explains in her interview with Drea from Rebel News. For more on responding when police come to your door, watch this video interview featuring Tanya Gaw, Nico Lagan and lawyer Leighton Grey to learn how to prepare, stand firm and defend your rights.
Cash Is King: Protect Your Financial Independence
Imagine being locked out of your bank accounts for three weeks. That is exactly what happened to Tanya and her mother—and it should serve as a wake-up call for every Canadian.
These reports bear repeating as a 911 call to protect your financial independence and personal information. Online payments, debit cards and credit card cash-back rewards promise convenience while encouraging you to surrender privacy and control. It all appears to be in your best interest—until it isn’t. Are you ready to change your banking habits to protect your future?
In this Talk Truth interview, Tanya recounts her battle to regain access when TD Bank froze her 85-year-old mother’s accounts—and Tanya’s joint accounts—over her mother’s decision to simply withdraw her own cash. Her mom was among the 750,000 Canadian investors affected by the CIRO data breach that A4C reported on in the spring, reinforcing her decision to maintain greater control over her money. Tanya explains why knowing your rights is essential to challenging institutional overreach.
Watch the interview and review Action4Canada’s TD Bank report and “Cash Is King” section to be prepared. Stop going cashless. Electronic access is not the same as possession. Use cash, maintain emergency cash, keep paper bills and statements, protect your personal information, reduce digital dependence and consider purchasing precious metals to hold a portion of your wealth outside the banking system.
Action4Canada is having a significant impact in overturning radical ideologies and defending Faith, Family, and Freedom. Your support is vital to this mission. Every dollar you give is carefully stewarded to maximize its impact in protecting Canadian sovereignty, preserving our rights and freedoms, and upholding the Christian biblical principles and values that form the foundation of our nation. We invite you to partner with us by making a one time gift or by becoming a monthly supporter. Together, we can continue to bring hope and real solutions to Canada.
