On the next Empower Hour, we are going back to the beginning of one of the most important undertakings in Action4Canada’s history—our constitutional legal challenge against the BC and federal governments over their response to COVID-19. After more than five years of litigation, appeals and repeated delays caused by the courts and defendants’ lawyers, Action4Canada is finally heading back to court on September 24, 2026, when the defendants’ second Motion to Strike will be heard. It is a significant moment in our legal battle. This case raises matters of profound public interest and constitutional importance that we firmly believe must be heard.
With this important date approaching the time is right to take you back to 2021, when Tanya Gaw stood alongside A4C’s constitutional lawyer, Rocco Galati, to announce the filing of our original 391-page Notice of Civil Claim. From the outset, we believed it was critically important to put all of the evidence on the court record—to document what was happening to Canadians, challenge the unprecedented actions of government and pursue accountability through the courts. The claim was extensive because the magnitude of what was occurring demanded it.
We paid a price for taking that stand. Action4Canada and Rocco Galati were harshly criticized and attacked. But we remained steadfast because we knew pursuing this case was the right thing to do.
What makes this 2021 press conference particularly relevant today is what Rocco said when we first launched the case: that the courts have a constitutional duty to review legislation for constitutionality; review executive action for constitutionality; and review the common law for conformity with the Constitution. He also anticipated the possibility that government might attempt to strike the claim, stating plainly: “If the government wants to move to strike, we’ll be there to meet them.”
The defendants brought their first Motion to Strike in 2022, seeking to have our claim dismissed without leave to amend, but the Court rightfully rejected that request. We subsequently appealed issues arising from the decision, and in February 2024 the Court of Appeal clarified matters concerning our ability to pursue declaratory relief central to the case. On December 12, 2024, we filed our newly amended Notice of Civil Claim and continued pressing forward.
Throughout the years Tanya repeatedly said that we must trust the delays. Today, that perspective is more relevant than ever. As our case moves forward, investigations—particularly the Fauci hearings in the United States—are exposing the COVID-19 fraud and “mass negligent homicide,” as Dr McCullough recently called it.
The passage of time has not diminished the importance of this case. It has made the pursuit of truth, justice and accountability even more important.
Many Canadians may not realize just how early Action4Canada entered this battle—or the extraordinary scope of the work we undertook from the very beginning. This week’s Empower Hour will replay that original 2021 press conference and, in the sections below, we revisit some of that extensive work to investigate, document, warn, educate, equip and take action.
We were on the frontline then. We remain steadfast today—and we will not stop until justice prevails.

Long before Action4Canada filed its legal action, we were sounding the alarm.
At the very onset of the scamdemic in February/March 2020, as fear swept across the country and governments imposed unprecedented restrictions on Canadians, Tanya Gaw began researching and documenting what was unfolding. This resulted in her publishing a comprehensive report, Government Corruption and Collusion with a Foreign Syndicate, on April 23, 2020.
The report opened with a warning that made clear just how seriously Tanya viewed what was taking place:
“Mounting evidence leads us to believe that COVID-19 is being used by global leaders as a device to gain global control. Is Justin Trudeau and his liberal cohorts conspiring with a global Syndicate to convert Canada into a communist controlled global regime? Let’s explore the possibility and ask some important questions.”
At a time when Canadians were being told to stay home, isolate and unquestioningly follow government directives, Tanya urged people to become informed, exercise their rights, get outside, peacefully rally and push back against government overreach.
It was an extremely unpopular position in April 2020. Fear was everywhere, and challenging the official COVID narrative came at a cost. Some responses were vicious—including messages saying they hoped Tanya and her family would contract COVID and die.
But fear could not be allowed to conceal the deception and lies that needed to be exposed.
The report examined government actions, international organizations and agreements, devastating economic consequences, the isolation of the elderly, the masking of children, surveillance, digital ID, the planned rollout of a vaccine and the targeted attack on our Constitutional, God-given, inalienable rights and freedoms. The report warned that COVID was being used to catapult communism into Canada.
More than six years later, we encourage Canadians to read the original report for themselves. Consider what was documented and warned about in April 2020 and compare it with what has unfolded since. Our record speaks for itself. Action4Canada remains committed to informing Canadians, standing firmly on the truth and acting with integrity, courage and conviction.
Read and please share the original April 2020 report: Government Corruption and Collusion with a Foreign Syndicate.
In addition, Action4Canada was also taking our concerns, evidence and formal requests for investigation directly to some of the highest-ranking RCMP officers in British Columbia. The following provides just a glimpse of the extraordinary lengths A4C went through to stop government overreach and protect Canadians. Review the email correspondence, reports and Calls to Action in the documented record of our efforts.
On July 28, 2020 Tanya met with BC RCMP Asst. Commissioner McDonald at Headquarters and requested an investigation into the government’s unlawful and unconstitutional response to so-called COVID-19. Tanya provided compelling evidence and information to support her concerns.
McDonald subsequently connected Tanya with Superintendent Andrew Blackadar. Over the next two years, Tanya continued pressing the RCMP to investigate government wrongdoing and the devastating consequences of the COVID response.
A4C provided further reports, extensive correspondence and supporting evidence, filed its legal action and submitted a 25-page affidavit specifically requesting a criminal investigation of BC Health Officer, Bonnie Henry. We provided death certificates and advised the RCMP that doctors, healthcare professionals and an undertaker were prepared to provide firsthand testimony.
In spite of this, an investigation was repeatedly deferred.
McDonald and Blackadar repeatedly told Tanya that the threshold for commencing a criminal investigation was higher in British Columbia than in other provinces and that additional evidence was required because the Crown would not approve an investigation without it.
How much evidence was a citizen expected to gather before Canada’s national police force would investigate? Wasn’t it the responsibility of the police to interview witnesses, gather the evidence and determine whether there were grounds to proceed?
To everyone who has stood with Action4Canada through the years—through your prayers, encouragement, participation and financial support—thank you. We are deeply grateful and ask that you continue to support us as this important work moves forward.
Vindication: The Truth is Prevailing!
If you missed last week’s Empower Hour, be sure to watch this important conversation with Dr Charles Hoffe, one of the courageous Canadian physicians who refused to remain silent during COVID. This interview couldn’t be more timely as we reflect on how far we have come since the 2020 launch of the plandemic. The tides are definitely turning.
Dr Hoffe’s testimony must be preserved and remembered. It is an important part of the historical record—from what he witnessed firsthand as a physician following the rollout of the COVID vaccines and the warnings he raised with BC health authorities, to the professional consequences he faced for speaking out, and his recent testimony at the Allison Inquiry on Parliament Hill.
Tanya and Dr Hoffe also discussed the Fauci hearings, reports of criminal proceedings involving medical professionals connected to the COVID response, and the growing body of evidence now coming to light. Please watch and share this important interview with others.
