Dr Charles Hoffe will be joining Tanya Gaw once again on the Empower Hour. Dr Hoffe was one of the few courageous Canadian physicians who refused to be silent during the COVID era. In 2021, after witnessing one of his patients die and six others suffer adverse reactions following the Moderna vaccine, he raised the alarm and wrote directly to BC Provincial Health Officer Dr Bonnie Henry. He documented what he was seeing, called for answers and, when his concerns were dismissed, continued to speak out—despite the tremendous personal and professional cost. Dr Hoffe recently took his testimony (6 minutes well spent) to Parliament Hill at the Allison Inquiry, recounting what he witnessed firsthand, the warnings he sounded, his efforts to alert BC health authorities and the consequences he faced for refusing to remain silent.
Thankfully, the tide is begin to turning.
Last year the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons dropped its professional-misconduct case against Dr Hoffe. Action4Canada’s legal action against the BC and federal governments continues to advance. And in the United States, Dr Anthony Fauci is in the hot seat, pleading the Fifth as congressional investigations expose damning evidence surrounding his involvement in coronavirus research, gain-of-function research, government transparency and what senior health officials knew about the risks associated with the COVID vaccines, including the harms to pregnant women that resulted in mass miscarriages.
In further breaking news, the US Department of Justice recently announced that Dr David Morens, a former senior NIAID official and adviser in the Office of the Director (Fauci), pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit offences and defraud the United States in connection with a scheme to evade Freedom of Information Act requests and destroy and conceal federal records involving coronavirus research grants.
The truth is being exposed and the demand for justice is growing. Those of us who stood on the frontlines and refused to be silent are finally being vindicated—and it’s long overdue. Action4Canada and Dr Hoffe remain steadfast in our commitment to accountability and justice for the countless people who paid an enormous price for refusing to comply—and for those who were harmed.

From the onset of COVID, Action4Canada has worked tirelessly to inform, warn and help educate Canadians. We researched and distributed critical information, developed Notices of Liability (NOL) and other resources, launched nationwide calls to action, commenced legal action, mobilized our chapters and volunteers, and brought courageous doctors, scientists, lawyers and other experts onto the Empower Hour to provide Canadians with information and perspectives they were not hearing from government or mainstream media. One such epic battle took place in British Columbia, when Action4Canada went nose-to-nose with BC Provincial Health Officer Dr Bonnie Henry and commenced a campaign against the BC school boards over proposed vaccine mandates for educators and support staff. More than 150 A4C volunteers mobilized across the province, serving trustees and superintendents with Notices of Liability in all 60 BC school districts, advising them of the rights of their employees and potential personal liability. Of the 60 school boards, 30 considered the mandate—and 30 out of 30 voted against it. Before the remaining 30 boards ever voted, Henry lifted the directive. We won the battle, and approximately 45,000 teachers and school staff remained on the job without the threat of losing their employment or being placed on unpaid leave.
The battle is not over and A4C remains committed to not backing down or giving up. We are in it to win. Our constitutional challenge against the BC and federal governments continues, as does our determination to hold government accountable. Daily, more evidence is coming forward supporting what we have said from the onset about the devastating attack against Canadians and our God-given inalienable rights.
