BC School Board Trustee Campaign - Say NO to mandating 'jabs' for educators and support staff

BC School Trustee Campaign

Vote NO to Mandating “Jabs” for Educators and Support Staff!

UPDATE May 2022As a result of the great success of the Action4Canada campaign to advise Trustees and Superintendents of the risk of personal liability if they mandate the experimental injection for school staff, we kept 45,000 teachers plus school staff working without threat of being put on unpaid leave! See details below

====================

Update Dec. 2021: The government appears to have put a halt on voting to come up with another plan. On Friday, Dec. 10, the plan was released via School District 23 Superintendent Kevin Kaardal.  Kaardal sent an email to all school staff demanding they complete an unlawful and illegal online Vaccination Data Collection Notice. The demand was an obvious attempt to indirectly work toward putting employees on unpaid leave if they chose not to get the experimental injection.

Action4Canada jumped into action and sent a further Notice advising Mr. Kaardal that it did not matter from what direction they came at this, he was in violation of the protected rights of employees and that he was continuing to put himself and the trustees at risk of personal liability.

In British Columbia, Action4Canada launched a campaign directed at the School Board trustees in response to the government directing School Boards to decide on whether to mandate vaccinations for school staff.

Over 150 volunteers across BC helped serve the Notices of Liability to their local school districts.

All Trustees and Superintendents in all 60 School Districts have been served.
