The key to the future of Canada is our youth and so we must make it a top priority to invest in them. Since 2022 Action4Canada has been focused on educating our youth, giving them a voice and teaching them how to advocate for themselves and effectively engage their peers, as well as the authorities in their lives, with respect and confidence. In addition, they also learn about the Constitution, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and Social Issues.

Its time to REGISTER below for Part two of the next five week Youth Leadership & Speaker Program, every Friday beginning October 4 – November 1, 2024. (Deadline for registration is Oct. 2)

Topic: Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn

Have you ever felt like you weren’t allowed to fail? Like your parents and teachers expected you to meet extremely high standards no matter what—even if it didn’t seem possible?

Or have you ever lost at something that you wanted to win? Felt stupid when you were wrong? Wished you could have a major “do-over”?

And what happens when you do mess up? Do you feel hopeless, like you can never recover from the mistake?

If your answer to any of these questions is yes, then this Program is for you. If you’re ever going to lose—and you are, because everyone does—then why not put a positive spin on it? How do you do that? By learning from it. A loss isn’t totally a loss if you learn something from it.

At the end of each session (Part 1 and Part 2) the youth submit a speech. We are so pleased to share speeches from previous sessions with you HERE. (speeches from the spring session have not yet been uploaded but will be in the near future 8/27)

Suggested Donation: $50 (If you are unable to make a donation please do not let that stop you from registering. A4C wants all youth to have the opportunity to attend).

Business Owners: Please consider sponsoring a youth and help Action4Canada continue to be able to provide these essential programs.
