Mayor Gillingham is organizing a Public Information Session to introduce a 4-Plex Infill Housing Densification Plan.
It is a respawn of the WMR’s densification in the Plan20-50 agenda that was defeated in Niverville in 2024 because of major public opposition.

Imagine 4-Plexes 39 feet high going up all around your single family home.
They are marketing this scheme under the guise of ‘affordable’ housing but…
This plan actually increases the cost of rent and does not make home ownership more attainable for first time buyers.
It also harms existing home owner’s property value and increases crime.

Bring as many concerned citizens with you as possible because it seems as though Gillingham is willfully ignoring the will of all the people who showed up in Niverville to say “No” to his evil plan the first time. He is forcing us to come back in bigger numbers to say “NO” again.
The Convention Centre’s capacity is 9000 people.
Special Note: Although we really need you to show up...if you are unable to attend the live in-person event on March 19, there will be two virtual events on March 17 at 7pm and March 18 at both 4pm and 7pm.

Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham Makes a Cowardly Exit
In this video from August 2024, a crowd of over 1000 people gathered in opposition to Winnipeg’s WMR Plan20-50 (a 15 Minute City plan on steroids).
The event was shut down due to the venue being too small to accommodate the crowd, and the Public Hearing was subsequently delayed for 40 days but never happened and by December 2024 they conceded defeated. Praise the LORD!
Watch as the people voice their opposition to the WEF agenda and the city of Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham makes a cowardly exit.
