Urgent Call to Action! Please read the letter below addressed to Principal Mark Keown, Education Minister Nello Altomare, Deputy Minister Brian O’Leary, and Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew. Sign and share the Petition to End Porn Distribution in Manitoba Schools.

As reported by Reduxx and Publica, Manitoba parents were shocked and distraught to find out that obscene ‘sex education kits’ containing a gay porn flip book, wooden penis and condoms were distributed to grade 9 and 10 boys in the Fort La Bosse School Division. It was later discovered that a representative from SERC (Sexual Education Resource Centre) was responsible. The kits came with a 52-page pornographic flipbook that explicitly shows gay sex between a younger male and an older man within an Indigenous tipi (a traditional First Nations tent).

SERC is a third party organization funded by the Manitoba government, using taxpayers’ money. Based on the following graphic that was included in the flipbook, it appears that SERC is collaborating with organizations from other provinces. This is a Canada-wide problem and the United Nations ‘Comprehensive Sexuality Education’ (CSE…aka SERC/SOGI 123/Wynne Sex Ed) is at the root of this evil agenda to sexualize our children, facilitate pedophilia and breakdown societal norms.

It is well documented that exposing children to sexually explicit material desensitizes them to high-risk behaviour which increases their risk of victimization. It also prematurely sexualizes a child and interferes with healthy sexual development. It further shapes a child’s expectations of physical appearances and certain sexual acts and increases a child’s risk of sexually transmitted infections and exploitation.

The flipbook was developed by organizations claiming they want to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, such as HIV and STDs. However, despite claims that CSE is necessary to protect children’s health, there is no evidence that it reduces risk-taking behavior and instead is having an opposite outcome as it significantly increases the risk of HIV/AIDS transmission, the transmission of other sexually transmitted diseases, and teenage pregnancy. 

The Manitoba Education system seems hyper-focused on implementing LGBTQ material into every subject, despite the majority of parents’ objections. Our children are being exposed to sexually explicit books and materials, and controversial views that do not represent the values of the majority of families and many parents are opting to remove their children from school and instead homeschool because of it.

School trustees and officials have already been served a notice of liability: Facilitating in Exposure of Minors to Sexually Explicit Educational Resources along with this Letter that requests that the board fully and impartially commence an internal investigation and then provide a public statement as to the findings of the investigation and address what actions the school will take to prevent this from ever happening again.

You may recall that a similar thing happened in Saskatchewan in 2023 wherein Planned Parenthood provided Grade 9 students with sexually graphic “A-Z Sex Cards” and this was not an isolated incident. In response, Action4Canada launched a successful campaign and due to the massive public backlash the government of Saskatchewan banned Planned Parenthood and all third parties from teaching sexual health within their education system.

Dear Principal Mark Keown, Education Minister Nello Altomare, Deputy Minister Brian O’Leary, and Premier Wab Kinew,

I am severely disturbed about the explicit sex education kits recently distributed at Virden Collegiate Institute.

Graphic and inappropriate “sex education” materials were handed out to impressionable teenagers.

The kits, containing a fake wooden penis, multiple condoms, and a pornographic flip book, are a shockingly inappropriate method of education.

This is not educating our children; it is sexualized education designed to drag them into dangerous sexual behaviors and lifestyles.

I expect our publicly funded schools to protect our youth but not expose them to sexual content, including graphic pornography that glorifies predatory sexual behaviors.

Furthermore, school nursing staff distributing these kits is not just a misuse of resources but a violation of our trust.

Parents entrust their children’s education to you, expecting them to receive quality education that will make them successful.

Our public education should not expose our kids to the perverted sexual fantasies of “adults.”

I implore you to immediately halt the distribution of these kits from our schools and take action to prevent similar future instances.
