On the next Empower Hour Ted Kuntz, President of Vaccine Choice Canada, joins Tanya Gaw, Founder of Action4Canada, to discuss our Covid-related legal actions. We will provide an update on our cases as well as discuss several of the wins we achieved early on as a result of filing our Notices of Civil Claim. In addition, Tanya and Ted will also expose and provide evidence of a small group of individuals who have spent three and a half years undertaking a military style smear campaign against our attorney, Rocco Galati as well as Action4Canada and Vaccine Choice Canada. Their voracity raises the question as to whether or not these individuals are in it for personal gain or if they are possibly paid agitators.
Despite these vicious attacks from individuals who claim to be in the freedom movement and who are spreading misinformation and making libelous statements about Mr. Galati, Tanya Gaw, Action4Canada, and Vaccine Choice Canada, we remain committed in our quest to seek justice. We 100% support Rocco and can attest first-hand to his commitment in seeing this through, and the personal sacrifices he, as well as the rest of us, are making despite the ongoing obstacles and delays.
Whether we win or lose in the courts, Action4Canada trusts that our integrity speaks for itself as we have selflessly and sacrificially committed every bit of our time to fight for Canadians and pursue justice, such as providing the effective Notices of Liability in response to the mandates, to save lives, jobs, get the masks off of our children and the vax stations out of schools; or implementing massive and effective campaigns to stop the sexualization of our children. The Action4Canada nationwide team has not let up or given up and as a result we know that we are having a huge impact in pushing back against the government tyranny. Just like our friends and allies at Vaccine Choice Canada we are in this together until all Canadian’s freedoms are no longer being questioned or under attack.

In 2020 Action4Canada retained Rocco Galati as our legal council, to take action against the BC and federal government in response to their extreme, unlawful and unprecedented response to so-called Covid-19. Rocco filed our Notice of Civil Claim (NOCC) in August 2021 and the defendants responded with a Motion to Strike (which is their standard move to avoid culpability). They lost their motion in August 2022 and the case was permitted to proceed. However, we need to file a revised NOCC but first we had to file an appeal because Judge Ross included in his ruling to prevent the seeking of certain declaratory relief. Thus the reason we are heading to the Court of Appeal
