Action4Canada Empower Hour Wednesday June 10, 2026. Zoom doors open at 4:25pm PST/7:25pm EST. Empower Hour guest segment 4:30pm PST/7:30pm EST. Be sure to Register in advance and invite others.

On the next Empower Hour, Tanya Gaw, founder of Action4Canada, will deliver a powerful presentation on mobilizing Canadian citizens during Pride Month and also provide a solution to the growing threat of mass immigration by individuals who are transplanting failed foreign systems of belief that are tearing at the fabric of our nation.

This episode will re-launch Action4Canada’sBan Non-Government and Special Interest Group Flags” campaign and take a deeper dive into what citizens, elected officials, businesses, and institutions are truly supporting when they raise Pride flags or display stickers in their windows. The LGBTQ movement continues to lose public support due to its aggressive assault on the rights of Canadians who hold differing views, and this campaign promises to bring further awareness and even greater results.

Tanya will introduce her new research paper Challenging the Expansive Interpretation of “Religion Under Section 2(a) of the Charter—exposing how ‘false gods’ disguised as religions are exploiting constitutional protections at the expense of Canada’s Christian foundations and the Coronation Oath.

You won’t want to miss this critical presentation, which not only exposes the threats facing Canada, but equips citizens with practical tools, effective solutions, and a clear path forward for defending our nation, freedoms, and future.

This research paper is critical to removing constitutional protection for foreign belief systems and ideologies that have taken root in Canada and pose a significant threat to the safety, security, and sovereignty of the nation. It presents a comprehensive constitutional, historical, and biblical challenge to the current expansive interpretation of the word “religion” under Section 2(a) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Drawing on the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, the Coronation Oath sworn by Queen Elizabeth II and King Charles III, the British North America Act, 1867, and the Charter’s own opening declaration (“Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law”), the report demonstrates that:

  • The modern, broad, and purportedly neutral definition of “religion” used by Canadian courts is a post-biblical, 16th–19th century Western construct that did not exist in Scripture or at the time of Canada’s founding.
  • Section 2(a) was intended to protect the historic Christian church and individual conscience from state interference—not to provide constitutional protection for the worship of false gods, foreign ideologies, or the construction and display of idols.
  • All provisions of the Charter, including multiculturalism, must be interpreted in submission to the supremacy of the Christian God, consistent with the binding Coronation Oath and Canada’s Christian Constitutional foundations.

The report argues for a return to the original intent of the Charter and calls on Parliament, provincial legislatures, and the courts to restore the proper understanding of “religion” in Canadian law.

Call to Action!

June is here, and once again, Pride activists are demanding special treatment—expecting their flag to fly all month and pushing their agenda into overdrive in our schools, cities and even with our law enforcement!

YOU have the power to do something about this. Your right to equal treatment is being trampled on in favour of special interest groups and it’s time you Take Action!  Sign and send the letter to “Ban all Non-Government and Special Interest Group Flags”, to your local politicians, school principals, libraries and local police. Action4Canada has received great success stories in response to this campaign over the past several years and we look forward to receiving more good reports this year. Be bold and courageous. Many elected officials are looking for a way out and this letter provides it. Learn more about who created the pride and trans flag and you’ll see why! Challenge the people you serve the letter to and ask why they are supporting the trans symbol that was created by a sexual deviant with sick fetishes.

Public institutions are meant to be neutral. Flying political or special interest flags—of any kind—on government property such as schools, city halls, or on police uniforms, creates division and violates the principle of equality under the law. This isn’t about censorship. It’s about fairness. If the Charter says we’re all equal, government spaces should reflect that.

Action4Canada: Delivering Great Results

Action4Canada continues to achieve significant victories in the fight to protect faith, family, freedom, and Canada’s future. The most recent example is Alberta’s decision to remove political and ideological activism from the classroom and restore the focus of education to academics. This is precisely the kind of meaningful change that becomes possible when informed citizens are equipped with effective tools and resources.

These successes are only possible because of the support of Canadians who share our vision for the nation and are willing to participate in our Call to Action campaigns. Every letter sent, every email delivered, every conversation started, and every dollar donated plays a vital role in achieving these results. As Action4Canada continues to expose harmful ideologies, defend parental rights, challenge government overreach, and stand firm in the courts, your participation and financial support are more important than ever. Together, we can continue delivering real results for Canada.

Action4Canada is having a significant impact in overturning radical ideologies and defending Faith, Family, and Freedom. Your support is vital to this mission. Every dollar you give is carefully stewarded to maximize its impact in protecting Canadian sovereignty, preserving our rights and freedoms, and upholding the Christian biblical principles and values that form the foundation of our nation. We invite you to partner with us by making a one time gift or by becoming a monthly supporter. Together, we can continue to bring hope and real solutions to Canada.

Remember: Freedom of speech, thought, belief and the right to life, liberty and security of the person are guaranteed. We do not need to beg, barter or ask for them…they are ours for the taking.

God bless you and God bless Canada!
