(CRC), back to the Empower Hour for a much-anticipated conversation following the September 24 hearing on the defendants’ second Motion to Strike A4C’s legal action.

For the past five weeks, we have been building toward this moment—revisiting the medical evidence, returning to A4C’s original 2021 legal challenge and press conference, examining significant developments emerging from the United States, addressing vaccine safety and informed consent, and asking what genuine political and institutional accountability would look like. Now, we bring the series full circle with the constitutional lawyer who has been at the centre of A4C’s legal battle from the beginning.

Rocco will break down the September 24 hearing, the arguments before the court, where the case stands and what Canadians need to understand about the legal process moving forward. After years of delays, appeals and two Motions to Strike, this is an important opportunity to hear directly from our lawyer about A4C’s ongoing pursuit of justice and accountability.

An Autobiography by Rocco Galati

As a top constitutional lawyer in Canada, Rocco Galati has spent decades taking on some of the country’s most significant and controversial legal battles—challenging governments, powerful institutions and decisions that reach to the very heart of Canada’s constitutional and judicial system.
