Union representatives are unlawfully practicing medicine and are in serious breach of the employee collective agreements by prescribing, recommending, facilitating, advertising, mandating, incentivising, encouraging, recommending, threatening, intimidating, and using coercion to pressure union members to comply with any medical treatment, including wearing masks, COVID-19 testing or submitting to ANY vaccine, including the experimental COVID-19 injection, commonly referred to as a “vaccine.”
By endorsing the unlawful actions of employers, who are using threats, intimidation and coercion, union representatives are at risk of vicarious liability as a result of committing tort, acting in bad faith, and willful misconduct due to a reckless disregard for member’s safety and failing to exercise reasonable care to prevent a known danger. The experimental ‘vaccines’ are causing extreme and permanent adverse reactions and a high rate of death.
Vaccination is NOT mandatory in Canada. It cannot be made mandatory because of the Canadian Constitution.
The unions are deceiving and misinforming their members by instructing them that they must comply with their employer’s requirements to vaccinate or face consequences. Demanding vaccination, or proof of vaccination status, as a requirement for ongoing employment is an egregious violation of individual human rights, the Privacy Act, the Canadian Criminal Code, Supreme Court rulings, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and International Agreements.
Therefore, it is critical for Union Members to hold their representatives personally liable for any damages and/or loss of income or injury as a result of their misconduct.
A grievence should also be filed and if they do not respond favourably it is important to take further action for failure to represent.
Instructions for Sending the Notice of Liability
A Notice of Liability only needs to be served once to a recipient (not three times) and does not need to be notarized.
- Print two copies of the Notice of Liability
- Fill in both copies with the name of the person you are sending it to (one notice per person) and sign each copy
- Keep one copy of the Notice for your records
- Record the event when serving the notice of liability in person
- If sending by mail, you must send using registered mail
