URGENT Call to Action Against:
BC School Board Trustees Campaign – Vote NO to mandating ‘Jabs’ for Educators and Support Staff!
Check out Campaign Updates HERE
Dear Friends,
Intentionally coercing people into taking a harmful and deadly experimental injection, under threat of losing their job, qualifies as an indictable, criminal offense.
The BC School Boards have been instructed by the government to make the decision to vaccinate teachers with the experimental gene therapy referred to as a COVID-19 vaccine. The BC government is putting the onus on the School Boards because they themselves are attempting to avoid liability. This is opening up the Trustees to personal liability as outlined in Section 94 (2)(4) of the BC School Act.
Therefore, send the following Letter to School Board Trustees immediately and also personally serve them the Notice of Liability.
It is the responsibility of every Canadian citizen to respect the “guaranteed” rights of others and to know and uphold the law.
According to Section 52(1) of the Constitution Act, 1982, any law that is inconsistent with the Constitution is of no force and effect. There is no law in Canada legislating that anyone must be vaccinated. In fact, vaccines cannot be mandated in Canada because the Constitution protects the guaranteed right of the individual to decide what happens to their body.
By attempting to mandate the experimental injection, the School Board Trustees are in violation of the law and their actions can be met with a human rights complaint, civil litigation, and/or potential criminal charges against them.
See Video below as one example on how to deliver the Notice of Liability.

Serving Notice of Liability Letters to School Board Trustees – Oct 13, 2021
Kelowna, BC
Our A4C Parent Team Leader, Priscille, recorded delivery of the letter to the School Board Trustees, and all the Notices of Liability, to Mona Essler, Executive Asst to Kevin Kaardal, School Superintendent, who was attending the School Board meeting. See Moyra Baxter’s comments below reported by the local media.
“Who should say that there should be a vaccine mandate? It should not be school boards,” said board chair Moyra Baxter during Wednesday’s meeting. It should be the provincial health officer and up until now we’ve been told over and over again, just follow the provincial health orders, don’t go do anything that’s not a provincial health order, you could be liable to be sued and end up in jail and all these terrible things that might happen to you.”
“… I know that some of my members have been putting correspondence into you, but there are others too who perhaps are a little nervous about attaching their names to this.”
Action4Canada accepts no responsibility or liability for any harms or losses that may occur as result of delivering this notice. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not use this notice.
