There are two important events taking place in Kelowna, BC at the end of June. This message is being sent to all our members, regardless of where you live, because the case involving Tyson Cook, aka drag queen Frieda Whales, raises important issues regarding freedom of expression, public accountability, and the right of citizens to raise concerns with public institutions.

Event #1:

Court Hearing: Tyson Cook (aka Frieda Whales) v. Action4Canada

A two-day court hearing is set to take place in Kelowna during the week of June 29–July 3 (dates and times to be confirmed Friday, June 26).

Reminder: In December 2024, nearly two years after the events in question, Tyson Cook, also known as drag queen Frieda Whales, commenced a civil action against Action4Canada alleging defamation arising from Action4Canada’s efforts to raise concerns regarding content created and published by Mr. Cook that was publicly available and accessible online to the general public. Kelowna C.L.E.A.R. Rally

Join David Lindsay and C.L.E.A.R. for a public rally at Stuart Park on Saturday, June 27.

Tanya Gaw will be one of the guest speakers, providing updates on Action4Canada’s recent successes, current legal challenges, new campaigns and resources, and practical ways Canadians can become more effective in defending faith, family, freedom, and Canada’s Christian and Constitutional foundations.
