Sarah is a courageous young woman with a powerful detransition testimony proving that Scripture saves lives—the Scriptures that the Liberals want to criminalize through Bill C-9. The very words Marc Miller called hateful are the same words that brought Sarah out of deception and into freedom.
Sarah was deceived by radical LGBTQ sex activists in the public school system. Lured into the SOGI 123 web of lies at just 14 years old, she began transitioning after being told it would solve her depression and confusion. In her 20s she realized the devastating truth. Detransitioners like Sarah are being abandoned by the government and LGBTQ activists who led them into a lifestyle that results in sterilization, mutilation, harmful drugs, anti-depressants that cause them to be violent, mental health disorders and a 19X higher rate of suicide.
Sarah will share a personal update on her journey since 2022—the obstacles she has faced, her ongoing mental health struggles, and practical encouragement for both parents and young people. She will warn parents about the serious indoctrination happening in schools and the irreversible harm that makes public education far too risky to send their children to. She will also speak directly to children currently caught in this cult, warning them that the decisions they are making carry permanent consequences, while offering real hope and encouragement to those who are beginning the difficult journey of detransition and feeling helpless or hopeless.

Sarah Detransitioner: Story of Healing
Before tuning into this week’s Empower Hour, take time to watch the full 2022 interview with Sarah as she explains how she was indoctrinated in the public school system and fast-tracked onto harmful puberty blockers, and provided “top” surgery. There was no informed consent. Sarah was much too young to understand the full consequences of her decision. Every child in the education system is at risk of the same tragic path and profound life-long regret.
Sarah shares how the system failed her: “It’s funny they would not pay and cover a therapist but they will cover mutilating a mentally unwell kid without hesitation.” When she began detransitioning, the “loving community” she trusted ridiculed her, called her a bigot, and turned against her. The government that funded her transition offered no support for reversal or corrective care.
At her darkest moment, feeling overwhelmed and hopeless, her pastor read Scripture declaring homosexuality and transgenderism an abomination. Sarah said, “God’s word came down like a sword” and pierced her heart. In that instant, Sarah knew she could no longer continue. She said, “Whether I thought it was too late or not…I knew I had to try for God.” With the loving support of her parents and her pastor’s uncompromising preaching of the gospel, she found the strength to detransition and embrace who God created her to be—a woman.
Sarah is now determined to expose the indoctrination in schools that is driving this agenda. She warns parents: “They’re bringing this sexual orientation and gender identity into kindergarten and if they’re doing this to kindergarteners, they’re not going to stand a chance if they’re anything like me. I wish people would just let kids be kids.”

Must Watch – Bill C-9: The War On Christianity
Last week’s Empower Hour featured Tanya Gaw presenting “Bill C-9: The War on Christianity.” The presentation powerfully demonstrated that the escalating attack on the Church and biblical truth has been years in the making. Government-funded initiatives, such as the Women and Gender Equality Canada-backed “Worshipping With Love” report, serve as clear evidence of the sustained effort to target “homophobia” within places of worship and pressure Christian communities to conform.
Rather than respecting the rights and deeply held beliefs of those who view homosexuality as sin according to Scripture, LGBTQ activists are hellbent to infiltrate the Church and demand universal affirmation. Having captured virtually every other major institution in Canada, the LGBTQ movement has now set its sights on the Church—the last bastion of biblical authority. For the sake of society, the natural family, our children, and the future of the Church itself, we must stand firm and refuse to surrender this sacred, moral ground.
