and invite others, for the Empower Hour , every Wednesday at 4:30pm PST/7:30pm EST

September 10, 2025: On this Empower Hour, Tanya Gaw welcomes Dallas Brodie, MLA for Vancouver–Quilchena and interim leader of the new OneBC Party. A law school graduate with a certificate in broadcast journalism (radio and television), Dallas is also a small business owner and the proud mother of twin daughters.

As the Opposition’s Attorney General Critic for a short time under the BC Conservatives, Dallas took a bold stand when the Law Society of BC refused to correct documents containing false claims about the Kamloops graves—documents that could influence lawyers and case outcomes. She publicly posted: The number of confirmed child burials at the former Kamloops Indian Residential School site is zero. Zero. No one should be afraid of the truth. Not lawyers, their governing bodies, or anyone else.” Party leadership demanded she delete her post, but acting on conviction, she refused—and was quickly expelled from caucus.

Dallas campaigned with the BC Conservatives on a strong policy platform, but quickly discovered after being elected that the party leadership—including John Rustad and the directors—were not genuinely conservative and were unwilling to stand on principle. Refusing to compromise, she has remained unwavering in her commitment to truth and accountability. Dallas insists that those who pushed false narratives must be held responsible; that the corruption behind land grabs and endless financial reparations must end; that the Indian Act must be revoked; and that every Canadian must finally be treated equally under the law.

This is a powerful Empower Hour as Dallas Brodie exposes the lies, confronts the corruption, and shares her vision for a free and united British Columbia and Canada.

David Lindsay: Land, Property and Your Rights

In the last Empower Hour, David Lindsay gave an important presentation on Canadians’ land and property rights. He showed how the Coronation Oath, the Constitution, and other founding documents prove that our rights are God-given, inalienable, and protected in law—not privileges granted by government. David exposed how political leaders are using unlawful frameworks to undermine property rights through Indian land grabs and reparations, and he reminded viewers that these schemes have no lawful foundation and cannot stand.

Canadians deserve the truth—not the fabricated narratives that have vilified our nation and justified endless reparations and land grabs. Two recently released federal reports expose the fraud at the heart of the residential school hoax and the false narrative of MMIWG (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls). The facts speak for themselves:

1995–2003: RCMP Project E-NIRS Final Report (released August 2025)

  • Investigation launched after 100 abuse allegations were brought forward in relation to BC residential schools.
  • A special RCMP task force—including Indigenous officers—investigated 15 schools, gathering 4,000+ tips and nearly 1,000 allegations.
  • After eight years, only 14 people were charged, some of them Indians themselves.
  • Allegations of murders, mass graves, and baby burials were fully investigated and disproven; most deaths were due to epidemics of the era.
  • The Kamloops Band made no claims of murdered or missing children during the inquiry, contradicting later (2021) “mass grave” stories.
  • Under the 2006 Settlement Agreement, the compensation process created a strong incentive for false claims. From 2007–2019, over 31,000 former students collected $3.2 billion (of taxpayer’s money) in unproven abuse settlements, averaging $111,265 each.
  • There was no sexual abuse plague. Such crimes, while heinous, occurred at rates comparable to other boarding schools, including elite British boarding schools.
  • The E-NIRS report was suppressed for 22 years, allowing the genocide narrative to spread unchecked.

2009-2021: MMIWG – Court Outcomes in Homicides of Indigenous Women and Girls

  • Federal review showed Indian women were six times more likely to be victims of homicide than non-Indian women.
  • In 86% of cases, the accused was also an Indian, proving the violence was overwhelmingly within the community, not systemic attacks by Canadians.
  • Courts frequently gave special treatment to perpetrators, downgrading serious charges like first-degree murder to lesser offences. For instance, Indians are given three years less prison time than white people, for the same crime.

Together, these findings dismantle the false “colonizer genocide” story. The RCMP proved there were no murders or mass graves, and federal data shows that violence against Indian women overwhelmingly comes from within their own communities. Yet politicians and all major parties pushed these narratives for votes and power, while the TRC produced its report without proof or debate. These lies now fuel UNDRIP and BC’s illegal DRIPA—frameworks that violate our Constitution and justify baseless reparations and unlawful land grabs.

Had this truth come out 20 years ago, the Truth and Reconciliation fraud could never have advanced. Canadians have been blamed and shamed, while hundreds of billions have already been stolen through baseless claims—and now they are seizing our land. This is criminal, and must be stopped!

Land Grabs Are Real—Next Stop: Your Property?

Dan Dycks and Ron Vaillant break down the shocking Richmond case and reveal how UNDRIP is being used as a nationwide tool to strip Canadians of their land and rights. What happened in BC is just the beginning—this is a warning for every property owner across the country.
