The “C40 Cities Headline Report: The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World” outlines the disturbing plan that has been put in motion to control all of humanity through the SMART/15 Minute/C40 Cities. For decades the UN/WEF have been at work implementing their diabolical plan and their main focus is at the municipal level because municipalities are closest to the people and have the potential to inflict the greatest amount of control at the ground level. Municipalities are receiving cash incentives and many mayors have signed on to the Covenant of Mayors.
The Globalists have been contriving to create a dystopian future through fearmongering, misinformation, unscientific data, and manipulation. Of course, none of it is sustainable, or legal, but it was never meant to be. It was meant to destroy humanity as we know it and provide complete power and control to the Globalists. Following are a few highlights from the C40 report. Note that many businesses will be permanently shut down as manufacturing of goods and services are outlawed (see eg. below). Remember as you review these points that according to Klaus Schwab, “you will own nothing and be happy“.
Examples of the 2030 Six Year Plan to reduce your:
- Meat consumption: from 16kg of meat to ZERO
- Dairy/Milk: from 90kg of milk to ZERO
- Calories/day: 2500 Kcal/day
- Number of clothing purchase/per person/per year: 8 items and then down to 3 items
- Car ownership: 190 vehicles per 1000 people down to ZERO vehicles

Take Action: Smart/15/C40 City Notice of Liability
This is your opportunity to meet with your mayor and council, MLA/MPP and MP and provide them valuable information. It is also the right time to be proactive and serve them the Notice of Liability advising them that this is an exercise in futility because we will not surrender our freedoms and rights to a globalist cabal, and that they could be held personally liable for participating in this act of treason!
The UN/WEF’s agenda is to coerce member states to implement SMART/15 Minute/C40 Cities under the guise of the Sustainable Development Goal SDG 111 Environmental Initiative, in order to: reduce city costs; meet the needs of citizens within a 15 minute radius; promote health and equity; fight climate change; and save the planet and humanity.
In reality, the C40 Plan is unsustainable, unlawful and in violation of the Constitution, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, privacy rights and more. The plan is already destroying our economy and will isolate citizens and restrict mobility. The costs of implementing the “Cities” are in the billions of dollars per city and the hypothetical benefits being lauded by “experts” do not take into consideration the resulting negative consequences.
Canadians need to strongly oppose every aspect of this agenda and demand that not even one cent of our tax dollars be spent on these feckless initiatives.
