During the 2020 flu season, 9,102 people died of Covid in Canada. In a population of 38 million this equals .02%. Compared to 8,511 in 2018. Per Statistics Canada, annually, cancer kills nearly 80,000 Canadians, +53,000 due to heart disease, +13,000 cerebrovascular disease (stroke), 13,000 respiratory disease, +13,000 unintentional injuries, 7,000 diabetes, and so on.
The 9,102 covid deaths does not take into account the thousands of Canadians who died because they were not provided life saving surgeries and treatments. Nor does it include the tragic increase in deaths by suicide. It also does not include the predicted increase in cancer deaths due to 30 – 40% of people with symptoms, being too fearful to go to their doctor to get screening.
Fauci stated very clearly that Asymptomatic transmission is not the driver of outbreaks. The driver of outbreaks is a symptomatic person.

Children and youth have nearly a zero % chance of being infected by Covid-19 and a +99.999% rate of recovery if they do. BC CDC – “Masks, face coverings and gloves are the least protective measures for reducing transmission of COVID-19.” Covid 19 is extremely small aerosol size particles. The BC CDC admits masks may only help protect against large particles.

BC’s health advisor, Dr. Bonnie Henry testified in a 2015 case that “there’s very scant evidence about the value of masks in preventing the transmission of influenza.” Henry goes on to say that there is “no data that shows me that if we do our best to reduce that incremental risk, the risk of influenza, that adding a mask to that will provide any benefit. When we look at individual strains circulating and what’s happening, I think we need it to be consistent with the fact that there was nothing that gave us support that providing a mask to everybody all the time was going to give us any additional benefit over putting in place the other measures that we have for the policy.”

***This in-depth report provides more information on the ineffectiveness of masks against Covid-19. It includes a summary of the ONA’s (Ontario Nurses Association) grievance against St. Michael’s Hospital’s “vaccinate or mask” policy. The arbitrator rejected the hospital’s “evidence” that forcing unvaccinated nurses to wear surgical masks during flu season was necessary to protect patients from influenza. The arbitrator concluded that this claim “was not supported by science and was most likely an attempt to drive up vaccination rates among staff.”

The WHO Admits: No Direct Evidence Masks Prevent Viral Infection
“there’s no direct evidence that universal masking of healthy people is an effective intervention against respiratory illnesses.”Meta-analyses in systematic literature reviews have reported that the use of N95 respirators compared with the use of medical masks is not associated with any statistically significant lower risk of the clinical respiratory illness outcomes or laboratory-confirmed influenza or viral infections.
The WHO also lists a number of potential harms and risks of mask wearing, which “should be carefully taken into account when adopting this approach of targeted continuous medical mask use.” These include:14
- Self-contamination due to the manipulation of the mask by contaminated hands or not changing the mask when wet, soiled or damaged
- General discomfort, as well as facial skin lesions, irritant dermatitis or worsening acne
- False sense of security that may reduce adherence to other well recognized preventive measures such as hand hygiene
- Disadvantages for or difficulty wearing them by specific vulnerable populations such as those with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, the deaf and hard of hearing community, and children
- Difficulty wearing them in hot and humid environments
Aside from these, several people have demonstrated that masks can rapidly result in the buildup of toxic carbon dioxide, which can have a markedly detrimental impact on health.
