We are pleased to once again have Dr Charles Hoffe, esteemed family physician, join Tanya Gaw on the Empower Hour to talk about his incredible win against the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC). Dr Hoffe has over three decades of experience practising in the small town of Lytton, BC but in 2021 his world in medicine changed forever after one of his patients died and another six had adverse reactions as a result of the Moderna ‘COVID-19’ vaccine.

Dr Hoffe immediately wrote an open letter to Bonnie Henry, BC Health Officer, expressing his concerns and subsequently raised the matter with the CPSBC and was shocked by their response. The CPSBC immediately implemented a gag order and reprimand, in an attempt to intimidate and silence him. However, Dr Hoffe refused to yield to the pressure. As a man of integrity, he remained steadfast in his commitment to uphold his oath—prioritizing the well-being of his patients and adhering to the principle of “do no harm.”

Dr Hoffe secured a significant legal victory against the CPSBC. This case has drawn national attention, raising critical questions about medical freedom, professional accountability, and the rights of healthcare practitioners to speak openly with regards to matters of public interest. Dr Hoffe will share his firsthand insights into his case, the implications of the ruling, and what this could mean for physicians across Canada. This is an important conversation you won’t want to miss.

Tune in, stay informed, and be part of the dialogue that shapes the future of healthcare and civil liberties in our country.

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia has dropped its professional misconduct case against Dr Hoffe. This decision marks a pivotal moment in the debate over medical freedom and professional autonomy. Dr Hoffe faced disciplinary action for raising concerns about vaccine safety and advocating early treatment protocols, including the use of ivermectin. His defense was built on peer-reviewed research, clinical data, and the testimony of internationally recognized experts.

The College attempted to have the tribunal take judicial notice of its views on COVID-19, vaccines, and therapeutics—a move that would have effectively bypassed the need for evidence and would have excluded expert testimony from key witnesses such as Dr Peter McCullough and Dr Pierre Kory. When the tribunal denied this request, it cleared the way for a full evidentiary hearing and the strength of the evidence left the College with no viable path forward. The subsequent withdrawal of charges signalled an implicit acknowledgement that the case could not be sustained and the College withdrew, conceding defeat.

This outcome underscores the critical importance of safeguarding medical professionals’ right to speak freely and make decisions based on evidence, ensuring that integrity and patient care remain paramount in the practice of medicine.

Election Outcome: What’s Next?

Maxime Bernier, leader of the People’s Party of Canada, joined Tanya Gaw on the Empower Hour to review the election results and discuss the impacts it will have on every Canadian, and where we go from here. What’s next?! Rather than feel the pain of defeat you will be encouraged listening to this interview as Tanya and Maxime declare that the battle is not over and there is indeed hope for the future of Canada.

The tyrants, traitors and global cabal have been planning the massive wealth transfer and development of the New World Order for decades. But, thankfully, one nation after another is rejecting their diabolical agenda and defeating the evil rulers who were strategically installed to work on the globalist’s behalf.

These victories were made possible by engaged citizens who committed to every aspect of the electoral process and to support a party that truly defends national sovereignty, security, freedom, and democracy. Achieving such results is possible but it requires perseverance and dedication. With the next election potentially only two years away, we encourage Canadians to stay engaged and continue supporting Action4Canada in our steadfast commitment to securing a victory for the future of Canada.
