Join Tanya Gaw and co-host Danielle Pistilli on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, for a special Empower Hour fundraiser supporting Action4Canada’s legal appeals, featuring Ted Kuntz, President of Vaccine Choice Canada, and Sasha Latypova, former pharmaceutical industry executive and COVID expert witness in the Netherlands case against Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO and other defendants.

When governments violate our rights, we must challenge them. When legal action threatens to silence us, we must stand firm. But carrying these battles through the courts takes more than determination—it takes Canadians willing to help fund the fight.

Together, we will discuss the continuing pursuit of COVID accountability, the obstacles to bringing evidence before the courts, and why these legal battles matter to every Canadian. Sasha will bring her perspective from the Netherlands case, connecting our Canadian efforts with the wider fight for answers and justice.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to carry forward two critical appeals: Action4Canada’s COVID constitutional challenge and our defence against drag queen Tyson Cook’s defamation lawsuit—cases concerning government accountability, freedom of expression and our ability to speak up for children.
