Thank you to every member and concerned citizen who responded to our Calls to Action against Bill C-9. Your voices are being heard, and your efforts are having a real impact. As you may have heard, sustained public pressure has forced Bill C-9 to be temporarily put on hold while Parliament turns its attention instead to study Bill C-14, a government bill focused on reforming the bail system in the name of community safety.
This pause matters—but it is not ‘yet’ a victory.
Bill C-9 remains on the table and continues to pose a serious threat to constitutionally protected freedoms. The liberals will either quietly allow it to die or they will attempt to push it through at a later date. Continued vigilance and action are essential to ensure that it never advances further.

Together, we must remain engaged and resolute until this dangerous legislation is finally defeated. This battle is not over until the Bill is fully withdrawn.
