Are you stressed and trying to figure out how to cope during these challenging times? Then join Tanya on the next Empower Hour with special guest Dr. Wendy Hofman, Clinical Counselor, who goes beyond providing coping strategies to equipping you with valuable tools for building resilience. Life can be unpredictable, and how we bounce back reflects our mental strength. Psychological resilience is more than just a term; it’s crucial for living in today’s world.
Dr. Hofman integrates her deep faith with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a broad-spectrum of mental health issues, as well as emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges. Her work is rooted in the belief that true healing comes through the transformative power of God’s grace, combined with practical tools and compassionate care.
Dr. Hofman will offer an introductory examination of resilience that focuses on: its impact; its causes and the characteristics of lower resilience levels; strategies for strengthening it; and the role of faith. Resilience is a crucial concept for everyone to embrace because it speaks to the ability to endure hardships, remain steadfast in trials, and grow through challenges.
We look forward to you joining us. Please share this invitation with others who need some encouragement today!
It is very evident that many Canadians are finding it difficult to cope with the current government’s political overreach and the global and ideological war that has been unleashed upon us. As we witnessed during so-called Covid-19, an overwhelming number of citizens responded by succumbing to a mass psychosis. Cognitive dissonance paralyzed the hearts and minds of the majority of the population and self-preservation kicked in, manifesting itself in complacency, denialism and even apathy.
Post-Covid, Canadians are finally beginning to see the bigger picture—the Global Agenda—but remain somewhat in a state of disbelief and unsure how to deal with all the layers of corruption, and the attacks against our traditional values and way of life.
This wake up call is an incredible opportunity for us to set all things wrong, right. But in order to achieve this we must learn to be resilient. That means facing challenges head-on, staying grounded in our values, and finding strength in adversity and in God, no matter how bad things look. Action4Canada is committed to keep moving forward, one step at a time until we have taken back the ground that the enemy has stolen.
You can help by inviting others to join Action4Canada and by participating in our local Chapters. If there isn’t a chapter in your area consider registering to become a leader today. Be part of a national organization that is mobilizing Canadians using effective strategies, solutions and resources!
Stealth Jihad in the Workplace
Elaine Ellinger, author, writer and Researcher on Islamic studies, joined Tanya Gaw on the Empower Hour and gave a presentation that exposed the threat of accommodating Muslims in the workplace. Stealth jihad is real and it comes in many forms. The rising demands for workplace accommodation of Islamic practices such as prayer breaks, halal food, and gender segregation in non-Islamic countries, is a means to an end. They cry Islamophobia and use our Human Rights laws as a weapon of warfare to advance their agenda. Islam wants world domination and they are ‘stealthy’ and patient in achieving their goal.
Ms. Ellinger explained how this workplace Jihad occurs and the costs incurred—including how these accommodations impact productivity, employee relations, and even national values of equality and those founded on biblical principles. The interview included a time of Q&A and an in-depth conversation on the real-life consequences and threat Islam poses to non-Islamic countries. Please share this video with as many people as possible, including elected officials. We need to educate the masses in order to put a stop to this attack and protect Canada’s national sovereignty. We have a duty and an obligation to preserve it for the future generations.
