Tom has had great success in Ottawa City where he worked with the A4C Ottawa Chapter and mobilized members of the community, to change the disastrous trajectory of their local government. Using the left’s own toolkit, based on Saul D. Alinsky’s book Rules for Radicals, they formed a strategic offense to prove that the climate change recommendations would be detrimental to the city.
In Ottawa it was estimated that net zero targets for homes alone would add $55,000 to the cost of each house. All of the proposed policies combined would have cost Ottawa citizens billions of dollars. What would all of that expense get them? Tom was successful in proving that it would end up making people bankrupt, hungry and freezing in the dark.

Tom has 43 years experience as a mechanical engineer/project manager, science and technology communications professional and advisor to a former Opposition Environment Critic in Canada’s Parliament. The Canadian government is asserting power and authority that it does not have. If you are silent and do not oppose it then you are in a tacit agreement with them. Therefore, it is critical that you rise up in opposition and refuse to comply! This is your right, protected under the Constitution.
Section 52.(1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect.
The UN/ WEF Forum’s agenda is to coerce member states to implement SMART/15 Minute/C40 Cities under the guise of the Sustainable Development Goal/environmental initiative, SDG 111 – to reduce city costs, meet the needs of citizens within a 15 minute radius, and promote health and equity. In reality, they are strategically and incrementally levying the takeover of each nation, using the Global Compact on Migration and the 17 Sustainable Goals as a front, in order to achieve a Global Government. The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) campaign and the Paris Climate Agreement are key factors in gaining control. The justification for the “Cities” is to fight ‘fake’ climate change and save the planet and humanity.
However, the changes will have little to no effect on the climate and will instead destroy the economy, isolate citizens, and restrict mobility. The cost of implementing the “Cities” is in the billions of dollars per city and the hypothetical benefits being lauded by “experts” do not take into consideration the resulting negative consequences.
The “Cities” create a threat to our national security, they put Canadians at risk of serious harm, violate privacy, and citizens’ guaranteed rights and freedoms. Canadians need to strongly oppose every aspect of this agenda and demand that not even one cent of our tax dollars be further spent on these feckless initiatives.
This is your opportunity to meet with your mayor and council, MLA/MPP and MP and provide them valuable information. It is also the right time to be proactive and serve them the Notice of Liability (NOL) advising them that this is an exercise in futility because we will not surrender our freedoms to a globalist cabal and that they could be held legally liable for participating in this act of treason!

France’s Election. Civil War With Islamists?
Tom Quiggin is a court-qualified expert on terrorism and joined Tanya Gaw to discuss the growing threat of civil war against Islamists in Western nations. Tom provided a presentation on what is going on in Europe and the UK as a result of unfettered, mass immigration of Muslims into their countries. They did not heed the warnings and are paying a heavy price. Canada is next and we are facing the same invasion and threat. We must learn from Europe and the UK and act now in order to preserve our rich heritage and protect the future for our children and the next generations.
Canada is 100% a nation founded on Christian biblical principles and these principles provide the basis for our laws and values. We must not feel compelled to submit to foreign invaders and their totalitarian and radical ideologies out of fear of being politically incorrect or called racist. We have a right, a duty and an obligation to rise up in defense of CANADA’s sovereignty, freedoms and democracy.
