Pursuant to the Canadian Bill of Rights section 1, 2 (a), the Criminal Code of Canada section 34, 176 (1-3) and the Trespass Act of British Columbia sections 2,4 and all common law rights and freedoms law enforcement and the following, but not limited to, list of individuals have no right to enter your home or property without a Crown Warrant.
